Federal Skilled Worker Program
What is the Federal Skilled Worker Program?
The Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) allows skilled workers with foreign work experience to immigrate to Canada permanently. Managed through the Express Entry system, it offers an efficient pathway to permanent residency.

At least one year of continuous full-time (or equivalent part-time) skilled work experience in the last 10 years.
Language Proficiency

Education
Completed post-secondary education assessed against Canadian standards with an Education Credential Assessment (ECA).
Points System
Score at least 67 out of 100 points on the FSWP selection grid, which evaluates age, education, work experience, language skills, and adaptability.
Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS)
Applicants are ranked using the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), which assigns points based on factors like age, education, work experience, and language skills. The highest-ranking candidates receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) during regular Express Entry draws.
